The short version
You pay a flat monthly price, use the data for your own prospecting, follow outreach laws, and don't resell or rebuild our database. We provide the service as described, tell you about changes in advance, and you can cancel any time.
1. Who we are
Leadsets is operated by Mobylogix LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us"). These terms cover the website, API, MCP server, SDKs and skills.
2. Your account and API keys
- You must be at least 18 and using Leadsets for business purposes.
- Keep your API keys secret. You're responsible for activity under your keys.
- One account per company. Team members are added to the same account, not separate free accounts.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly in advance in USD. Allowances and limits are on the pricing page and in every API response. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. [Refund policy to confirm.]
4. Acceptable use
Use must follow our Fair use policy. In short: no reselling or rebuilding our data, no key sharing across companies, no evading limits, no unlawful outreach, and no scraping of sites through Leadsets that you aren't allowed to access.
5. Data you receive
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use records returned to you for your own sales, marketing and research. Embedding Leadsets data in a product you sell requires a separate written agreement. You must stop using any record we tell you has been suppressed.
6. Your responsibilities when contacting people
You're responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your outreach (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL), honouring unsubscribes and keeping your own suppression lists.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service unless agreed in writing. We'll give at least [30] days' notice of material changes to paid plans or these terms.
8. Warranties and liability
Data is provided "as is". We work hard on accuracy and label uncertainty, but no data provider can guarantee every record. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, normally after a warning, except for abuse or legal risk.
