We'd rather show you how the data is made than quote a big number. Every field carries its source, when it was last checked, and how confident we are.

    Licensed and permitted

    Authorized suppliers and public sources we're allowed to use. Nothing scraped from behind a login.

  2. 02 · normalize

    One clean shape

    Titles, companies and locations resolved to stable IDs. Duplicates merged, conflicts kept, not overwritten.

  3. 03 · verify

    Emails checked

    A verification waterfall on every address, with a second opinion on the uncertain ones.

  4. 04 · refresh

    Re-checked on a schedule

    Monthly for every record; more often for the fields people request most and change fastest.

  5. 05 · serve

    Only what passes

    A field reaches your agent only if it clears quality, rights and suppression checks.

Freshness, field by field

Re-fetching an old fact doesn't make it new.

So we keep four separate dates, and your agent sees all of them.

When a source last showed us this value.

When we independently confirmed it.

When the source itself says it changed.
next_check_at
When it's scheduled to be checked again.

Email status

Four honest labels.

Verified

The mailbox accepts mail. Send.

Catch-all

The domain accepts everything, so no one can confirm it. Send at lower volume.

Unknown

The server didn't give a clear answer. Treat it as unconfirmed.

Invalid

Bounces. Never served as a contact email.

privacy

Business data, with a way out.

Work contact details only. Anyone can opt out, and suppressed records are never served again. Every ingestion, merge and deletion is logged.
