Data processing addendum

The short version
When you put your own data into Leadsets (lists to enrich or verify, CRM records), you are the controller and we process it only on your instructions. For our own dataset we act as an independent controller. This addendum covers the first case and forms part of the Terms.
1. Roles
You (the customer) are the controller of Customer Data you submit. Mobylogix LLC is your processor for that data. For the Leadsets dataset itself, we are an independent controller under our Privacy policy.
2. What we process
- Data: names, work emails, job titles, company details and identifiers you submit.
- Purpose: enrichment, verification and search you request through the API, MCP or skills.
- Duration: for the term of your subscription plus [30] days.
3. Your instructions
We process Customer Data only to provide the service and as you instruct. We don't use it to train models or to add to the Leadsets dataset. [Confirm with product.]
4. Subprocessors
You authorise the subprocessors listed on our Compliance page. We give [30] days' notice of changes, and you may object.
5. Security
We maintain the technical and organisational measures described on the Compliance page, including encryption, access controls and audit logging.
6. International transfers
Where data leaves the EEA, UK or Switzerland, the Standard Contractual Clauses (and UK Addendum) apply and are incorporated by reference.
7. Data subject requests
We help you respond to access, correction and deletion requests about Customer Data within a reasonable time.
8. Breach notification
We notify you without undue delay, and within [72] hours, after confirming a breach affecting Customer Data.
9. Deletion and return
When your subscription ends we delete Customer Data within [30] days, unless the law requires us to keep it.
10. Audits
On reasonable request, once a year, we provide information needed to demonstrate compliance with this addendum.
